Let me know your favorite way to use peanut sauce!
Peanut Sauce
1/2 cup peanut butter
½ cup coconut milkor try coconut juice
1 tbls soy sauce (wheat free if avoiding gluten)
1 tbls rice wine vinegar
2 tsp fresh minced ginger
1 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbls sweet pepper sauce (optional- if you like it spicier)
2 tbls cilantro, minced
Whisk together all of the ingredients. Adjust the seasonings to your prefered taste and add more peanut butter or coconut milk/juice depending on how thick you like it.
Enjoy!

can you make this sans coconut?
Thanks for the quick peanut sauce recipe. A lot less ingredients than my recipe. I will definately give this a try.
Hi Addie,
You may be able to make it instead with water and a pinch of sugar... or you could even try almond milk.
Let me know if you try it!
My husband and I just found your site, after searching for thai wrappers. I made this peanut sauce and served it on lettuce wraps with your beet-sweet potato slaw, and we about died it was so yummy.
So, I'm following you.
A request-suggestion: Might you put the Blogger gadget "search this blog" on your sidebar? Then when I am looking for specific food ingredients or recipes, I could find them here? :D
Thank you Ruth for the great tip about the search bar- so glad you enjoyed the peanut sauce & winter rolls. I am excited to have a search bar to search within my blog! Thanks!!
